He/she is responsible for the selection of employees to choose the right candidate to carry out the job according to the requirements and needs of the organization. He/she should conduct a survey about  labor market to identify what are the available  qualifications and competencies. Also, he/she may suggest the necessary training programs for the staff to cover the gap between job requirements and what is available in the labor market.
He/she acts the following:
  • Identify the needs of the organization of human resources and the type of required degree.
  • Inquiry for available employment in labor market.
  • Expect the appropriate salary to .
  • Put the standards and announce for vacancies and required qualifications provided by the candidates
  •  Put the right standards to assess the candidates .
  • Negotiate with the candidates for the job
  • Suggest  training programs.-
  • Prepare work contracts in line with employers 'and workers' requirements.
  • Submit  periodic reports to the director of Human Resources department.-

Environment of work

This profession is practiced in business organizations that rely on the human element dramatically. It's importance increases in the ministries of government and its institutions. This profession is also founded in organizations that depend on the seasons laborers and annual contracts. Those who work in this career within a team and they need to work full time.
In private offices: This profession is also practiced in separate offices which receive job and employment for the benefit of business organizations that depend on the seasons laborers annual contracts. Therefore, it is needed in organizations that offer products according to customer demand as qualified workers vary with the required product produced. This profession requires long work hours either in an office or field. It also  may require travelling from one country to another.

Professional life

He/she begins his/her profession in collecting data to determine the needs of the organizations. With regard to the career path, he/she could promote  to the director of  human resources management, and director of training and rehabilitation programs.
Those who have the experience and competence may have private offices which provide consulting for the needs of organizations, and receive employment applications from organizations .
 

Getting the job

The practice of this profession in the public and private organizations is not subject to special conditions. However, in the private offices  the practice of this profession need to approvals from the local administration and the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor.
A candidate to this profession should have:
  • A degree in Administrative Sciences (personnel management or business administration)
  • A collage degree or an appropriate qualification (diploma or professional qualification) in Psychological Sciences.
  •  An appropriate level of the languages supported by the organization.-
