Banking support manager works mainly in all types of banks and in banking organizations. The importance of the role of banking support manager comes from the responsibilities and activities that he has to perform such as
  • dealing with customers’ complaints that cannot be solved by front line employees
  • advising and helping in loans and mortgages procedures
  • evaluating overdrafts
  • promoting new services that are provided by bank
  • providing solutions to customers’ queries directly or via the telephone
